Jim and Jackie Payne entertained a packed boardroom of enthusiasts at Mojave Air And Space Port on Saturday morning November 16, 2019, with personal stories, pictures and video about flying the Perlan II Glider to a world record at 76,000 feet in 2018 and trying to reach 90,000 in 2019.
Next year he'll try again to reach the mission goal.
