Heres a challenge to every NBA team: Try not to fire your head coach 1 second before the play-offs.

Whoever paid Murray that 200mil need to have their head examined.

The coach wasn't the problem. The GM giving away all that money to a player that plays barely half the games was the problem.

'Joker gets 100 plus touches a game, is responsible for the entire offense, does 75% of the defensive rebounding, is top 5 in steals and takes more contact than anyone in the NBA. He can't be a rim-protector too. The human body has limits. They're already working his body to death. Guys like Gordon and Watson have come up short big time. . .

The front office finally listened to Jokic's wishes for them to stop horsing around (so he can play with horses instead)

Firing Michael Malone before the playoffs is bad timing. Poor Jokic

The "Joker is bad on defense" stuff is fake news. He can't protect the rim because that means risking fouls and fouling out. The team is totally reliant on him, if he fouls out they will 100% lose so it's just not worth it to have him play aggressive defense. If they had a decent point guard who could run the offense a bit, then joker could play more aggressively on defense but I guarantee that all the coaches and all his teammates are telling him not to bother with tough defense because if he fouls out the team is totally done.

Saiying that Jokic defense is one of the things going wrong with this team just shows you don't know what you're talking about.
The Nuggets have a defensive rating of 116 this season, when Jokic is on the court it's 104.
Part of the defense is to score on offense. When you have a miss or a turn over, it's easier for the opponent to score. You could pick 4-5 plays of Giannis and say it's a bad defender if you want, but it would be almost as false as what you've just done. How many times have you seen Jokic literaly moving his teammates to a better position? Or telling them what the opponent is going to do? That's also defense.

Michael Malone deserved better. Sure he hasn't seemed as focused as he was two years ago, but the front office hasn't given him much to work with. He brings the Nugs a chip, and that's how they do him ?.. Rough.

Incredibly dumb-ass "analysis" - Malone was too hard on his players? Actually called out his players for being so unmotivated and lazy they refused to watch film unless it was spoon-fed to them?! And you object to Malone calling them out b/c it's "treating them like children"? Well, when you're behaving like a spoiled child, that's exactly how you ought to be treated by a responsible adult. Watched at least 20 takes on this. This is by far the worst.

Murry looked like a mini Steph Curry in 23. Since their championship, he just hasn't been the same player.

4:50 Actually, Malone is here 100% right

honestly that embellishment for that foul on Westbrook is bringing back the worst kind of memories of Harden. Dude was getting ready for the flop before Russ got close. That kind of stuff is just one reason why people get frustrated with the NBA nowadays
