Whos That Pokémon Fitness Edition [Kids and Family Workout]

*Easy Version
Based off the original Pokémon television series.
An exciting and engaging Pokémon workout the whole family can do.

Directions:
Guess the correct Pokémon by performing one of the two exercises for 25 seconds.
The correct Pokémon will be revealed after the 25 second exercise followed by a 10 second rest with a new Pokémon shadow.

* If an individual is not able to complete their chosen exercise feel free to perform the other exercise.
*If an individual is not able to complete either of the exercise options feel free to come up with an exercise you CAN do.
