Peppered Nigerian Puff Puff Recipe With Milk and Eggs

This is a very easy method to add fresh pepper to make spicy Nigerian puff puff. The pepper can be added with or without the seeds.

INGREDIENTS I USED TO MAKE THIS PEPPERED NIGERIAN PUFF PUFF
4 Cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon powdered milk
1 tablespoon yeast
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 raw eggs
Fresh pepper
1 cup warm water to start with. Continue adding water gradually until you get a consistency thicker than pancake batter. Like the thickness of the batter in the video.
