I’m sure someone has commented but TSLA only has FSD Beta. That is only Level 2. FSD is future not present. Also autopilot is different that FSD. Autopilot is not full self driving

Not just the seatbelt, the seats have weight sensors. So it's unlikely the car was on FSD during the crash.
