Great overview. One thing worth noting that especially sets the IE-3400 apart is the IOX container that enables the switch to host applications. This is how Cybervision works by running as software sensor that examines the industrial traffic without any need to span it across the network. And, of course, the IOX container offers a unique opportunity for other Cisco and partners applications to really expand the capabilities of the switch into a powerful switching and compute environment.

Please do a video on wiring the power supply and powering up the switch also stacking of the additional switch.

Probably a lot more meaningful for those of us who work in the OT manufacturing environment to show the IP67 version with M12 connectors and 24 VDC power connection.

Just a quick question - it doesn't seem to have a mechanism for mounting and connecting the power supply to the switch in the same manner as the older IE3000. Is this correct? I know of several clients that stated they would consider option vendors if this was the case for the new IE3300/3400..

Thank you for the video. I have to upgrade IOS on an IE3300. As long as I know it is just like a normal IOS and in bundle mode: First "no boot system". Then " boot system flash: < image name >". Am I right?
