Hearty Lasagna Soup
•Non-Slip Cutting Board
•Chef Knife
•Scissors
•Multipurpose Steamer
•Pot for beef broth
•Ladle
•Ground Meat Separator
• Sauté Spoon and ladle
•Speedy Lasagna Packet

1lb ground beef, turkey, pork or chicken
2 bell pepper- chopped
2 cups fresh spinach- cut using scissors
4 oven ready lasagna noodles- broken up
28oz can small diced or crushed tomatoes, opened
4 cups Epicure Beef Broth or 4 cups store brand
Shredded mozzarella cheese, optional topping
Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS
1) Place 4 cups beef broth on the stove and bring to a low boil
2) Using the Chef Knife, chop 2 bell peppers, (to save time have the majority already cut)
3) Place 1 lb ground meat in a steamer and break up, place chopped bell peppers on top of meat
4) Microwave 5-7 minutes, lid on
5) Remove the steamer from the microwave. Drain the grease by squeezing one corner of the steamer and pour into a bowl.
6) Break apart ground beef using ground meat separator or spatula
7) Place the steamer on a plate for support. Add 1 packet Speedy Lasagna Seasoning, 4 cups hot beef broth, 28oz can of tomatoes, 2 cups cut spinach and 4 broken lasagna noodles
8) Microwave 15 minutes, lid on.
