I played the song at school and now my band teacher wants me to play it for the grad ceremony

Theres no amount of emotional preparation to prepare you for this song. Especially if you finished the show. God I love this show so much.

The moral theme of Amphibia is that we need to be apart from the people that we value most so that we can grow for the better, and no matter how much you cherish something or someone, you cannot hold onto them forever.

I rewarch Amphibia every year, to remind myself how good this show was. I would rewarch it far more often, but I don't want to ruin it for myself. It had a huge influence on me, and I can't thank enough Matt Braly and his crew for this masterpiece.

This song still makes me so emotional and happy. I don’t care what anybody says, this show, alongside The Owl House, is one of the greatest shows of all time. Thank you Amphibia, so much, for anything. 💙💖💚

Amphibia was a legendary show that has touched the lives of so many, this track alone captures so much of that emotion. Thank you so much TJ Hill, Matt Braly and the entire Amphibia Crew for making something so beautiful ❤

"Change can be difficult, but it's how we grow. It can be the hardest thing to realize that you can't hold onto something forever. Sometimes you have to let it go. But of the things you let go, you'd be surprised what makes its way back to you." - The final words of Patty Rabbit's Pretty Cure and human partner and the closing narration of the Maple Town anime series.

The Hardest Thing discusses the tragic reality of acceptance. The heroes have gone home, grown up and built new lives around their passions and experiences. None of them have forgotten each other or their adventures, but they can never go back or see their friends again.

Dude, I'm crying over here. If you'd told me back in 2019 that a silly Disney show with talking frogs would make me cry, I would've called you crazy, insane and slightly mentally unstable. But ever since this show ended, I've just been crying nonstop. This show was truly something special and didn't hold back no making me feel all the feelings(I'm looking at YOU, True Colors and The Hardest Thing!!!). And now that it's over, my life has been completely devoid of any happiness whatsoever. I really thought I'd be able to make it through the finale without shedding a single tear but instead TJ managed to compose a score that really destroyed my And I'm glad he did. Besides, you can't have an emotional, tear-jerking series finale WITHOUT emotional, tear-jerking series finale music, lol. And so from the bottom of my heart, I just wanna thank Matt Braly and TJ Hill for something incredible. Long Live #AmphibiaForever

the score for this show really is something else… made everything so much more emotionally connected and painful.

I could tell from the start TJ put his heart and soul into this episode, it just went above and beyond in my opinion, straight out of a movie I swear.

Not even that, the music in this show has been absolutely beautiful since the very beginning, it was one of the things that stuck out to me all the way back in the pilot. This show easily has one of the greatest (if not the greatest) soundtracks in any animated show ever, it's just so complex and really tells its own story. From the girl's themes, the renditions of songs like No Big Deal, callbacks to episodes like Hopping Mall, and little music motifs for things like the Calamity Box. It's just something you do not see in modern media these days. And as a music nerd, it's so awesome to notice things like these and I will miss it, along with this show so dearly.

So thank you TJ Hill, and anyone else who ever helped you out, of course, you have really managed to make this show even more memorable than it already is with what you have done with the music on this show, I seriously cannot wait for whatever your next project is because I already know it will be amazing. And of course, Thank you to Matt and the very talented crew who worked on this show... Thank you, Amphibia. ❤

What a beautiful score and I love that TJ Hill incorporated all the girls themes Marcy’s Theme first on the cliff of Newtopia, Sasha’s Theme at Toad Tower, and of course Anne’s Theme at the Planters Home. Beautiful 💙♥️💚

Brenda Song's distinct timbre perfectly balances snark, compassion and humor in her performance as Anne Boonchuy.

The hardest thing about the series finale of Amphibia is having to truly say goodbye. That means we spend emotional moments where everyone says goodbye.

Amphibia was one of the best shows i have ever watched in my life.. being able to watch the characters grow throughout the 3 seasons from when the show first aired in 2019 to its end in 2022! so thank you, Tj for giving us the greatest soundtrack for a show to ever exist, and thank you Matt and crew for bringing this amazing frog show to life, thank you

When I watched the finale for the first time, I wasn’t really all that upset because I was very satisfied with the ending. Now that a few weeks have passed, it’s just now hitting me that the show is really over, and I’m realizing more and more how much I absolutely adored this series. It had everything! An interesting world, a great story, an outstanding soundtrack, humor, action, drama, great characters, and quite possibly the best character development I’ve seen in any show period! Listening to this track now, with everything in mind, brings tears to my eyes. Amphibia is a treasure, and I will remember it for years to come.
