A 2:52 Marathoner & Kinesiologist going over the deets of a Kenyan-style "diagonals" workout. Basically a mashup of a fartlek & interval session. Great to do on those in-between days where you don't feel fresh enough to do a workout, but also not tired enough to do a recovery run. I stumbled upon this workout when perusing/obsessing about running workouts that pro runners like David Rudisha do. Enjoy!
