NOTE TO PHILIPS. This machine (3200) is easy to use, easy to clean and easy to maintain. We love it. However, I have some suggestions for Philips for future versions of this machine. Firstly, you do not have a "milk only" function on your machines, which is frustrating, especially when making other beverages or wanting to top-up your existing coffee. You need to add a function that dispenses only milk. Secondly, there is a difference between a Macchiato and a Cappuccino. In one, the espresso is dispensed first, and in the other, the milk is dispensed first. In this machine, milk is dispensed first for both. In your machine, both drinks are essentially the same, apart from the volume. You probably need to fix this. You also need to indicate if your Macchiato is a Cafè/Espresso Macchiato or a Latte Macchiato. They are all different. While people complain about how loud the milk function is, we don't really mind. It gives the impression one is in a coffee shop with all that steaming and frothing. But seriously, you need to consider adding a "milk only" function and fixing the order of the dispensing for Macchiato and cappuccino.

Hello. Filter should be stay in the water continously in the water tank ? I established the machine I used the filter. The aqua filter lamb turned blue. Then I removed the filter from the tank. Should I put it again. Please help me : I m litle bit confused😅

Wait, so the aquafilter needs to remain in the water tank? I always removed it after one use. I would do the aquaclean process which takes a minute and then take it out of the water tank. Was I wrong the whole time?

Hallo, ich habe meinen KV Serie 2300 das erste Mal, am 24.12.2023 in Betrieb genommen und heute am 06.02.2024 zeigt mir die Maschine bereits an, dass der Aqua Clean Filter gewechselt werden soll. Das sind keine 3 Monate. Stimmt etwas mit meinem Gerät nicht oder liegt dies an der Wasserhärte?

I purchased this machine a little over a year ago and it has broken 4 times. And that is not the worst thing, its the lack of customer service, I keep calling but there are never any supervisors to talk to. And they never call me back. All I hear from Philips is a lot of BS, very busy, or what ever. Philips has never returned my calls and have every time denied me to talk to a supervisor.
