dear viewers.. maybe you are disliking this one for not fixing your random crashing. But this video is for those, who got something like that -

"You are playing ACU smoothly but every time, after 5 or 10 minutes, your game will freeze for 1 second and crash to desktop ..it should happen again and again whenever you open ACU.. its not like crashing on game startup or crash for hardware failure.. even you wont get any windows reporting problem message either.. just your game will disappear and back to desktop..

Thank you very much! I was at my wit's end over these random crashes, tried everything I could google and then some, and your solution was the one that finally worked!
Can't even imagine how that service is even related to the game, especially with me not having any touch devices connected, but oh well, not going to look the gift horse in the mouth.

what worked for me is returning my gpu and cpu to factory settings...they were oc'd by me a long time ago...i went to msi afterburner "profile" folder in the c disk and deleted the profiles...and for cpu i had amd ryzen master and i just reverted the original settings back by using a uncustomized profile...
