Slight risk of people seeing you enter assume you will be taking the 'last exit' and pull out in front. Not a lot of people who are this aware will actually pull out in front of you though.

Don't do it. At worst it's driving without consideration of other road users, at best it's failing to comply with a traffic direction.
It doesnt aid traffic flow it hampers it.
Ask yourself this; "what if everyone did that" - answer, the roundabout would grind to a complete halt in all directions.
Stop being selfish - think about others.
