This is one of the most awesome compositions of our time! Love, the rich horns and awesome rhythmic waddle making a 70 yr old biddy dance. More Kamasi more! Love you music!

Enjoying a dark roast coffee, and a cigarette to this swaggy song. Starting my morning off right.

I can't believe i've heard latin jazz, afrobeat, salsa, funk, all in one perfect track! The most beautiful thing i've heard this year! MASTERPIECE!

Pure art comes from the soul of a fighter.

The opening of this tune gives me the same feeling listening to the opening of any legendary jazz album. Gives me goosebumps and makes me think 'oh shit this is the beginning of something big...'

Such depth in one production is almost criminal.

On continous repeat with Askim and Re Run as I illustrate and sketch out a graphic novel. Thanks Kamasi for the muse vibes.

I loved Pharoah Sanders 60/70's stuff, and this reminds me of that times 3. The whole album is appropriately named... Absolutely EPIC!

Saw these cats at the SJ Jazz Fest, was so good. somehow spacey and still grounded, new orleansy, old jazzy. and one of the best tunes was composed by his pianist, i totally didn't write down his name and now I've lost it

This is the very high level of the music!!!
Easy to make my body dance...
But it is so difficult to make my soul dance, and he did it !!!!

Been awhile since we heard a well-crafted melodic hard bop record that just swings from start to finish. Channels Wayne Shorter, Ahmad Jamal, Woody Shaw, Joe Henderson, Art Blakey, Jackie McLean and many more. It's a banger
