Working with GraphQL allows developers to fetch data effectively in their applications, and Prisma makes the process of wiring up data sources less complex. In this workshop, we’ll get hands-on experience building GraphQL APIs with Prisma while demonstrating the differences between schema-first and code-first approaches. Along the way, we’ll get a better understanding of how tools in the ecosystem fit together and how to leverage GraphQL’s type system to write better code.

Thanks for sharing. The technology stack of my project is currently using NestJS+Prisma+GraphQL. Up to now, I like everything about Prisma very much, and I have also gone through my own efforts to share my solutions to some issues on github, and I have learned a lot from this process. My current expectation is that the official ObjectType conversion tool will be made available so that we will love Prisma more in NestJS.

The introduction part was great, but after ~45 mins it went off on a path that I totally wasn't prepared for. I feel like you haven't really explained to me how precisely Prisma does things, how I set up everything etc. It would've been better to start from scratch than "add onto" existing stuff with Users and tools and all that stuff. (I don't know if my questions would've been answered later, got too lost at 1h 10min)
Maybe I wasn't the target group though, as I don't know REST or similar stuff, that's why I wanna learn GraphQL haha!
