quick update. I sent the drones last Friday November 4th to DJI repair centre in California and they received it on Tuesday November 8th. I got a repose yesterday November 9th with what needs to be fix and the cost. Phantom 4 Yaw Motor v2 13$ USD, Pitch Motor 13$ USD, Phantom 4 Roll Motor 13$ USD and Repair Service Fee 65$ USD for a total of 104. USD or 143, 84 CAN. The shipping from Canada to California at the DJI repair felicity was free. I did everything on the online chat and it took me about 90 min to go through the trouble shooting. got it back today after almost two weeks. runs like new !!!

YAW engine. try before takeoff by slightly pulling the camera down. the entire camera, not the lens, where the entire YAW engine is. touching the YAW motor you will feel vibration throughout the motor, pull down should be less

This Jello is caused by vibration in the gimbal yaw motor, very common in the DJI Phantom 4 Pro Series. I send mine under guaranty for repair to DJI. If you feel your finger vibrate when you lightly touch the yaw motor of the gimbal, your image may have a jello effect. It is a known manufacturing defect in some Phantom 4 units.

yours is bad !!! mine was ok when flying but when itI was stationary that's were you could see the jello effect. I just sent it to DJI today for repair
