'Sonia Gandhi Suggesting My Name Is Rumour': M Kharge On Congress Polls

Congress veteran Mallikarjun Kharge on Tuesday dismissed as “rumours” that Sonia Gandhi had suggested his candidature for the party president’s election. “Someone spread this rumour to defame the party, Sonia Gandhi, and me. Sonia Gandhi has clearly stated she will neither participate in the election nor support any candidate,” said Mr Kharge.
