i have ingame fps counter in steam option activated, but it doesnt show the fps in game.

The steam fps doesn't only show cs fps but all the games that you play through steam so I won't recommend turning on the fps counter because you won't enjoy the gane and just look at the fps.

Why when i turn off vsync its not smooth. But its the same fps both on or off 100-130fps.
