Putin critic Vladimir Kara-Murza hand­ed 25-year sen­tence

A Russian opposition activist and prominent Kremlin critic has been sentenced to 25 years in prison by a court in Moscow.
Vladimir Kara-Murza was convicted on charges of treason, and spreading false information about the military.
He was arrested a year ago after denouncing the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Just when you thought the days could not become any more darker across Russia.
Vladimir and his entire family faithfully served Russia for centuries.
Despite them being of Latvian origins - they stayed, and tried in vain to redirect Russia away from autocracy and demagoguery.
The Kara-Murza family have my sympathies and I hope for a future whereby Putin's sycophantic, sanguineous dilettantes are dragged through the street Gaddafi-style.
