This is why i ask for Gods peace. Anxiety never flat out leaves, but you can gain peace in the moment. Just focus on peace and calm your mind. Ive never felt so pressed that I questioned "what is shaking a hand" but i have trouble even articulating something like this in person, like socializing is a one way road and any stutter becomes a car crash making me mostly forget the direction of conversarion and leads to that awkward feeling. Prayers for those who really struggle with anxiety
