Chicken skin has the highest level of tyrosine of any food, which is a dopamine precursor amino acid. you want the chicken skin it's good for you and you feel good after eating it

The skin is the best part, that’s where the flavor and moisture is, otherwise chicken by itself is dry and tasteless! You got to be a fool to remove the skin!!!! Fool!

No, eating the skin is incredibly important because of lysine. It’s about nutrients not calories. This is all wrong. This is why Doctor’s shouldn’t be discussing nutrition. The skin is critically important. Check the work of Weston A Price, DDS and Sally Fallon. You all are so off balance with this conversation.
