Orchid Makeover Laelia Anceps 'Chamberliana'

A long overdue cleanup of this orchid which I acquired nearly 2 years ago and I've avoided this major task, but if I don't do something serious, I might lose it.
I'll try to keep it together as a potential specimen plant rather than dividing it, but we'll see..... after I remove as much of the original pot as possible and the dead pseudo bulbs.
