Update on the Supreme Court Case - Was Expected to be taken up today (26th Nov)
Ishika Jain vs National Board of Examination (WP 583/2024)
1) The case was not taken up for arguments today. The petitioners' arguing counsel was not available due to personal difficulties and they requested for a short adjournment.
2) The petitioners had requested the case of 2024 (Ishika Jain vs NBE) to be taken up as the primary case as the other cases were w.r.t previous years' answer papers - basically meaning - in the next hearing the 2024 challenges (normalization) would be taken up first
3) Posted for next week - could be on 3rd Dec
