Chandrayan -4 and LUPEX( joint mission by ISRO and JAXA) are two different missions. Chandrayan-4 will be a mission solely by ISRO.

Chandrayaan 4 is different from LUPEX. Chandrayaan 4 is a sample return mission whereas LUPEX is the same mission like chandrayaan 3, only thing is that lander life expectancy is higher (6-8months) will be operation .

Like the sputnik incident that shook the USA into action .. but in a distant comparison .. China's space and moon achievement is what is driving India - but I would say is not enough a bit misguided for a variety of reasons, and the boasting for the little or nothing new findings.

Air pollution: Delhi air turns very poor but 'worst is yet to come'.The air quality in India's capital Delhi has fallen to poor levels and is expected to deteriorate further in the coming days, officials have said. SHAME on RSS-based BJP and MODI
Delhi is one of the world's most polluted cities throughout the year. India does not even have an Air quality standard like the rest of the world but one that is stuck in 2009 and all their pollution control operations in most states are corrupt and dysfunctional.
But its air turns especially toxic in winter due to various factors, including the burning of crop remains by farmers, low wind speeds, and the bursting of firecrackers during festivals.
The polluted air causes severe health issues to Delhi residents every year. Sending in manned missions and wasting money just to show off looks bad ignoring real Indians to poor health and with no clean drinking water- Shame.
