CPS2 Issues

0:00:21 - Random Restart
0:00:40 - Video Glitch
0:01:47 - Frozen (can't do anything until a power cycle)
0:02:14 - Changed CPS2 B Board
0:02:45 - Random Restart
0:03:02 - Frozen (can't do anything until a power cycle)

I've purchased a couple CPS2 A and B sets, one set
is working perfectly fine, the other set seems to have an odd
behaviour where it freezes no matter what B board is installed.

I've tested 4 different b boards (Progear and SSF2X conversions, Xmen VS SF and SSF2) so far and they all exhibit the same behaviour where
the game would boot, randomly reboot and then shortly after it would just freeze. The
sound still stays on, but I can't do anything else without a power
cycle.

The moment I change A boards, the behaviour disappears.

I've tested two different cabinets and they both show the exact same
behaviour where it would freeze, but the sound would still stay on.

Power on the PSU is roughly around 5.1v and I've lowered it to 5.08v
and still exhibits the same behaviour. I can hear and see the fan is
working.
