They canceled it when they took off the helmet. Whatever it was after that wasn't Halo

While I am glad this horrible show is cancelled, I'm afraid that the canon versions of Silver Team might get shafted in the books. For those who aren't aware, in Halo Wars 1, there were six unnamed members of Omega Team. Three of them got named later on and were added to Halo Wars 2, and the other three were confirmed in a canonfodder post earlier this year to be Vannak, Kai, and Riz, who got reassigned to their own team, AKA Silver Team. While the show that these characters first appeared in was bad, they were the best parts of it, and having a version of them now in canon and separate from the horrible timeline was greatly appreciated. Now that the show was cancelled, its highly likely that 343i might assume no one cares about the use of the characters due to no one caring about the show. They are at risk of being pathetically killed off or just being forgotten about by writers. I hope I am wrong, and that something good can be salvaged out of this terrible show, but knowing 343i, I doubt it.

I’m tiny bit disappointed. I actually was surprisingly interested in what happened after the season 2 finale. Although the show over all was 🤮🤮🤮
