Janis Finkelman (108 lbs.) and Kyle Keough (146.5 lbs.) compete at NASA Grand Nationals. Janis finished her first meet with a 540-lb. total (not 539) and is now nationally ranked in her weight class at both the deadlift (#19) and total (#17). She went seven-for-nine with a 171-lb. squat, 116-lb. bench press, and 254-lb. deadlift.

I finished with a 1328-lb. total (not 1327) at 148 lbs. and improved to #4 in the U.S. at 148 lbs. I finished eight-for-nine with a 474-lb. squat, 286-lb. bench press, and 568-lb. deadlift. My squat is ranked #2 in the country, and my deadlift is ranked #3.

This is really impressive. Funny how the girl handles the weight so easily unracking, even on the one she failed she just easily walks back with it. And I have never seen someone with such a narrow stance as you Kyle, it obviously works pretty damn well though no doubt about that!

I couldn't squat that much weight with a narrow stance such as Kyle. Props to you brother! Keep hitting it hard!
