Bodycam Video Captures Soccer Star Hope Solo’s DWI Arrest

Police bodycam footage captured the moment when soccer superstar Hope Solo was arrested for a DWI. Cops were called after neighbors noticed Solo sleeping for more than an hour in a Walmart parking lot in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She was fast asleep behind the wheel of her SUV with her twin toddlers in the back seat. Solo allegedly refused to get out of the vehicle, which later resulted in her being yanked out of the car.

When I saw that she had a dui I was like damn probably from a party or just some celebration, bu when they said with her two toddlers in the back my jaw literally dropped, feel bad for whatever she's going through but she needs to be held accountable and those children need protection.

It’s sad that she was considered one of the greatest women goalkeepers in the history of women’s football and after the uswnt were eliminated in the 2016 Olympics following her controversial remarks against the Swedish women’s national team, her career went downhill and was dismissed from the sport forever. I hope she recovers from her struggles soon 😔
