Auctioneers Note: Mr. and Mrs. Alan Wadsley started a small electrical contractor business in 1978 which expanded into manufacturing in 1989. The company was led by Mr. and Mrs. Wadsley and Mr. Dan Cameron, plant manager. Gull Wing Industries, Inc. became a major manufacturer of Power Distribution and Generator trailers for amusement parks, county fairs and carnivals. Gull Wings Industries product can be found throughout North America. All items being offered on this auction were in production when the facility ceased operations. If you desire to purchase well maintained metal fabrication and electrical equipment, DON’T MISS THIS AUCTION!!!
Inspections: June 16, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or by appointment.
Removal: All purchases must be paid in full before removal. Removal will begin on Saturday June 19, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, no loading on Sunday, and resumes June 21 to June 25, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. All items are to be removed June 25th except the major machines and sheet metal racks. Major machines and the sheet metal racks must be removed by July 14th.
Payments: All items must be paid in full before removal. All purchases to be paid by June 22. Payment in the form of cash, wire transfer, ACH payment, cashier check, approved business check, no credit cards. Buyer’s premium of 15% applies to all purchases.
