We may not beat the Dodgers And Braves on paper but our heart and perseverance cant be questioned. This turn around is almost historic. I believe we will challenge in the playoffs. And yes i didnt mention that milwaukee team on purpose because if we meet in playoffs we will handle them!!!

Jordan Wicks looks like only the beginning of the Cubs home grown pitching coming up their farm system.

Wicks' off-speed stuff looks wicked. The question is can he adjust after the hitters he faces adjust.

Realistically, the best the Cubs can hope for is the second wild card spot. The division title would be better, but at least they should make the post-season. After that, anything could happen. But even if they don't go deep into the post-season, it will be a learning experience for the younger players and a preparation for next year.
