Sleep at Abrahams Hostel.
Have hummus and shakshuka.
Starting off with meeting at Jaffa Gate at 11, 2 or 5 to see the 4 quarters. Keep some change to tip the guide.
Eat at Habbash before heading th Mahane Yahuda for the night for drinks and fun. Also wonderful as a day market during the day.
Day 2: Grab a breakfast shakshuka and a coffee at "You need coffee". Then head over the the free admission Yad Vashem Jewish memorial museum for the Holocaust.
Other options are the Zoo of Jerusalem, Har Hertzel/Olive Mount.
