You didn't mention about "treated wood" for outdoors, winter/water? or does it matter? How come no gravel under the wood for water, etc?, so not to rot out the wood quickly? I really love this, but if u could answer the part about treated wood, etc. Cause i want to do a smaller deck for the front yard, to sit swing chair on. But im worried about the water problem rotting wood, etc. What all tools did u use. Wish I could have seen the beginning, but it wasn't taped. Very professional looking. Are u a construction worker, by profession, or just a DIY, 'er like me? 🥰😁🤔

I appreciate your diy mindset however This deck is lacking proper air flow and drainage underneath and will absolutely rot prematurely.
