What you have at 1:00 for the phase plot of the simple zero is not correct. It should be 45 degrees at the corner frequency, 0 at one tenth the corner frequency and 90 degrees at ten times the corner frequency. The phase plots start at zero one decade before the corner frequency and ends at 90 degrees a decade AFTER the corner frequency (in this case). The change in phase starts one decade earlier than the change in magnitude.
