Since Bashar smartly avoided answering that question.. we are left for guesses.. and mine is.. No, we wont generally -unless somebody is already on the brink.. and too rigidly believes there is no extra terrestrial life and now has the burden of video proof proving him totally wrong..
Further points :
1 : Bashar said his presence can cause bodily reactions due to mismatch of our and his vibrations and we are safe if we are physically at a distance. Assuming video could be captured, video just shows him and does not create the energy field of his physical presence . So no risk of insanity.
2. His book " masters of limitation " has a graphic representation of how he and his ship looks.. If his graphic pic doesnt cause insanity, why should a video clip..?
3. Believers in Bashar believe in his existence.. so a likely response to a video proof is excitement, wonder, awe and a bit of fear perhaps. Non believers of Bashar will likely respond to such a clip with " what makes you sure this clip is not fake " . Either case, insanity as a response - not likely

I had the same question - thank you! I would ask it again: "So let's pretend we COULD see you on the video, what would our reaction be?" Bashar was sneaky and avoided answering that by saying he couldn't be videoed in the first place, which wasn't the question.
