just built him. damn his gameplay is soooo much better than calcharo.
he's level 90 with his signature weapon at 90. just swapped calcharo echoes to him and hes good to go. his fortes arent even leveled yet. 😂

ngl I've been leaving calcharo at lvl 70 and just maxxing out my team 1 and other members of team 2 in anticipation of this guy. I don't really have any good gauntlets and I wanna save for 1.3, since this guy is basically just gonna be for toa and I'm not too worried about maxing my dps on him I think I'll just run whatever I got for that. Also this is Kuro Games. Of course their free characters are gonna be good. Look at PGR's Alisa, S-rank Ayla, and upcoming S-rank Wanshi -- all of those are the equivalent of a 5-star in Genshin and they're all permanently available for grabs in a dorm mission (all 50 shards are free, just have to buy them with currency obtained from dorm missions). A few other characters can be obtained for free, and majority of the Gen-1 S-ranks can be obtained from selectors.
