This is great because I have not used my old LLC for some time and would like to have it reinstated so I don't lose the shelf life which is about 13 years. I will call the state next week and see what I would have to do to get it back in compliance. It may have been disolved and I want to get it back if it is not too costly. Thank you and happy New Year!

Is it better/easier to change a business name or just start a brand new LLC and dissolve the old LLC?

Well, you hit the highlights. I need to know how to find out what it would take to get my LLC paid up? I have gone to the Texas comptroller and can't figure out how to find what I owe. Then, how to pay my annual dues to get reinstated.

I had a WY LLC which unfortunately was inactive for a little over 2 years (just months lapsed). Is it possible to have it reinstated by paying penalties?

I was told to do so that when I apply for a credit card this may help me .. But I'm unsure if this was a good a idea to use my full-time job direct deposit to go to business please share insight if possible cannot find any videos on this! Because now I'm wondering if I have will have to pay taxes or not because this is not income from my business? Hopes this makes sense.

Can anyone help me fill out the it-204-LL form? Not able to find any information on this. On the top right it asks for an identification number. Im not sure if its asking for the EIN (as if asks for this elsewhere and i dont see why theyd need it twice) or if its asking for the code for type of business. Also on the bottom it asks for "Paid preparer's signature" Would that be me filling out the form? or a cpa. further more idk what an NYTPRIN code is. I just don't wanna fill it out wrong it seems like a basic form but there is literally no videos on the subject of this form. Thanks
