Another great video. I like your mindest.... keeping things simple. I am a nurse looking to invest in properties. I am not expecting to get rich overnight as claimed by some educational companies. I just want to build a future for my kids. I have been educating myself and there is one advice that runs through all the educational materials I've come across. That is "invest in your neighbourhood or local area". This advice was impossible as my local area is expensive so I have been studying the market elsewhere. I was shocked when you hit the nail on it's head and asked that what happens if you cannot invest in your local area due to financial reasons. I am really pleased with the advice given as well. You always ask the right questions during your interviews. You are such a gem 💎. Keep it up. I am really taking all tips down. Well done 👏✔👍👌
