PRAMS NEVADA (Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System)

Throughout Nevada, new moms are
helping each other by completing the Nevada
PRAMS Survey. The survey gathers information
about your experience before, during and after
pregnancy. If you receive a Nevada PRAMS
Survey in the mail, please take the time to share
your story.
