As the owner of a 1:1 '79 F-150 Ranger Lariat (sorry that's a mouthful) I am so glad to see this. Called my local hobby shop and ordered on as soon as I heard. I'm going to need that pushbar and probably the light kit as well. My truck is rosegold (Vaquero) and brown so the brown one is perfect. Great review as always Matt! Keep up the great work.

I'd like to see you use the TRX4 straight axle conversion from SSD I believe to make it a real stock style truck in comparison to the K10

I like what they have done with this platform. What's interesting about this truck is that you could have a more accurate Bigfoot replica than the one they have released. I wonder if that is in the works for this?

My Chevy is acting like a Ford.
Day 1.. hr 2 my steering servo.. gets stripped.
Day 7 I buy the 8038 light kit... my front right signal not working.
Good luck. She looks nice though. Need trx4m bodies of the same years.

This is a great looking truck and I think the JConcept Ranger 2.2s would look fantastic under this truck.
