M18 Hellcat CARRIES a NUKE

The M18 Hellcat in War Thunder is a US Tank Destroyer that Gaijin have now decided is a Light Tank! This means the famous M18 can now scout targets while speeding about the battlefield until its heart is content.

Or... it can speed about the Battlefield until you spawn a Nuke! That's right! I get a nuke with an M18 Hellcat!

Honestly, this was really fun to play in War Thunder since this little guy despite coming from 4.7 all the way up to 5.7 is still pretty competitive if you know what you're doing!

I was in the game and on the same team where he got the nuke. Got a couple of assists off his kills. Didn’t realise it was him at the time and kept thinking “Someone over in A is really helping with all that scouting.”

I've seen Tigers so blind that they've ran into me while I was repairing and they were searching for me (in a forest) and after running into me, continued to drive off and continue searching

The bulldog is absolutely insane with it's gun performance and pure mobility options. Really opened my eyes to the light tank lifestyle!

Seeing Odd wreck the enemy makes me want to load up Warthunder and play but I then remember when I do play I always get teammates who jump back to the hanger after one death and I'm not talking about only one player I'm talking 4 or 5 players do this fairly commonly.

I did not notice in most of my 76 mm vehicles in US tech tree that the default shell switched to solid shot, which cost me a couple of games.

I would play the M18 but for some odd reason gaijin taketh away some of my modifications for it and now I dont have M62 which is a horror

I think it also changed the M10 3.3 default shell to solid shot too.

Unlocked the m18 3 days ago and at first I was frustrated for not being able to pen anything German frontally then I came to the realisation "Hey this tank is probably the fastest at its BR, I can cross enemy lines right at the start and sideshoot them hard. Worst case scenario I come face to face with a pack puma, EBR or m18 but odds are way better than front facing a Tiger or Panther."
And that was the game changer for me. Got 2 out of my 4 nukes in this game with this bad boy alone (rest 2 were on a bmp 3 and obj 906).
It's insane how quickly you can rack up sideshot kills on tigers and panthers gathered around in one place and oblivious to everything.
