Reforestation and water collection are deeply interwoven. In areas where desertification has been reversed by regreenin projects, the water has returned. We need to regreen the entire planet by planting biodiverse flora species that are native to the area. Replanting mangroves is helping numerous families whose life depends on fish, to happily thrive again in areas where all the mangroves had been cut down to farm shrimps (e. g. : Thailand and Malaysia).

Deliver water seems temporary fix. I wonder about the events and entities that take water for profit and pollution in the first place

Recycling is one thing but we need to do it in a way that's beneficial to us and the planet. Also, you're forgetting the 2 other R's which actually more important. 2. Reuse. Try to find another purpose for certain things if possible. 2. Reduce. Try to cut down on waste. Recycling is supposed to be the last option. Also, let's try to improve water conservation in a time where there's droughts everywhere.

Do you know what else you can do? Lobby governments to stop the privatization of water resources including but not limited to Nestle and then you can lobby companies to stop the predatory dumping of chemicals in our fragile water systems. I refuse to buy anything made by any of the Nestle brands. It sucks but we must until they stop their heinous greed.

The hydrological cycle is how fresh water is created on land. Forests are key to this. Particularly forested slopes cause an upward flow of water vapour that piles up into rain clouds. This is nature’s irrigation, how lakes & rivers are filled. Forests also stabilize climate, vitally important cuz what we’re facing isn’t mere mamby pamby “climate change” but actual climate chaos. Please advocate for this and an end to petroleum, as they’re both integral to forging a future for posterity. Plus, the solution to pollution is dilution. We can solve this in our lifetime but not in the next generation’s if we don’t take these major measures.

To narrow things down regarding water, take a look at those that insist on having a waterfront where they live regardless of whom else is deprived of water.

We have a water crisis we've created in the United states through deregulation and climate change. We have to own our own water and regulate how much corporations use
