Eating ONLY Taiwan Convenience Store Food For 24 HRS 🍜

Hi, I'm Tiffy :)
Today’s episode of What I Eat In a Day is a little different…we are going to be having breakfast, lunch, and dinner at some of the many convenience stores that Taiwan has to offer!
If you ever visit Taiwan, the first thing you will notice is the unlimited amount of convenient stores at every corner. I grew up grabbing food and snacks here all the time, it is affordable, quick, super convenient and open 24/7!
We started the day at 7-Eleven, which offers an extensive range of products and services, such as ready-to-eat meals, bill payment, ATM access, and mobile top-ups. When you walk into a 7-Eleven in Taiwan, you are greeted with the delicious smell of tea eggs and roasted yams. I picked up a few new items today to try, such as the famous rice roll and soy milk from Fuhang Soy Milk, a Michelin star-awarded restaurant in Taipei that usually takes hours to line up.
For lunch, we visited Family Mart, Taiwan’s second largest convenience store chain. Family Mart often collaborates with celebrities, influencers, and popular characters to make limited time treats from ice cream, drinks, and desserts. I was craving noodles so I made instant beef noodle soup which actually has chunks of beef inside! I was also pleasantly surprised by their fresh fruit teas that were so refreshing and flavorful.
For dinner, my parents joined me at 7-Eleven and we got a huge haul to bring home. We all picked our favourites such as Japanese curry, instant noodles, mini cream puffs, and a bunch of yummy drinks to enjoy at home. It is so convenient to be able to pick up all the goodies just steps from our apartment.
Let me know which treat you want to try the most, and I’ll see you in my next video!
Love,
Tiffy
