2019 Audi R8 Performance - 0-300 km/h acceleration🏁

SUPER FAST Autobahn Launch Control acceleration & top speed run with the new 2019 / 2020 AUDI R8 Facelift as the range topping 620hp Performance model. Yes, this car has an OPF and has to apply to the new rules of WLTP but gosh it still sounds epic! And acceleration times we measured were really epic....2.9 seconds to 100 is what you'd expect, but 6.0s 100-200 km/h truly is super-car country! While at standstill the car is very limited as the flaps open at higher speeds you still get this marvelous V10 note. Maybe not as loud and raspy as before but maybe even with a sweeter tone reminding me of the early 5.0 V10 Gallardos:) Stay tuned for lots more photos of this 2019 R8 Performance on Instagram. #AudiSport #R8 #R8Performance

It just keeps pulling no matter what speed. I don't remember any car that keeps speeding up at 200-300, like it's at 100kph. This is a hidden gem. From the exhaust to the performance. I love it!

They completely changed the gear ratio. The previous version used every bit of rpms up to 7th gear to reach its top speed, which was truly spectacular. This facelifted version does not even seem to need the 7th gear in terms of performance. It might not be a major change to highlight, but I feel like this version is a lot more tamed, which is a bit of a shame... Still a brutal car anyway, I wish I could afford it :D

Super Video, vielen Dank fürs bereitstellen. Der letzte R8 ist nochmal deutlich aggressiver von vorne als der Vorgänger (Nasenbär) und hinten mit ordentlichen Kanonrohren schön emotional anzusehen... Der Sound ist auch vollkommen ausreichend laut. Beim Kaltstart vibriert der ganze Boden rings herum vom Bass des 5.2 V10 Motors. Auch sind die Klappen lediglich zwischen 30-70kmh zu, wenn man stark beschleunigt "überspringt" man diesen Bereich so schnell, dass man keinen Abfall der Lautstärke/ des Sounds erkennt. Man möchte heutzutage beim losfahren auch nicht mehr sein gesamtes Umfeld belästigen, dies schadet letztendlich nur dem Image des Autos und des Fahrers. Meiner Meinung nach auf jeden Fall der bessere Lamborghini Huracan und besser als alle anderen R8 vorher. Meine 100-200km/h Zeit lag (ohne reinfahren "aus dem Stand") zu zweit bei 6, 46 Sekunden im originalen Zustand, beeindruckend. Bleibt gesund und Munter.
