Would this work with a pair of binoculars?

Well built piece of kit but way to bulky for binoculars. In my experience you need to place the camera lens as close to the eyepiece as possible. Using the NexYZ with a pair of Ostara Elinor 10x50, this was impossible. The closest you will get is well over an inch away because the mechanism clashes with the body of the binocular. Could work well with a monocular or telescope but NexYZ to useless with a pair of binoculars.

EDIT: Could just be down to the model of binocular I have but don’t count on it.

Although the NexYZ has some very convenient adjustment knobs, it is rather bulky when used with binoculars due to the close interpupillary distance. Instead, we recommend the purchase of the Carson Hookupz which attach very easily and work quite well with binoculars. You can find them here:
