To give you a bit of a context, I was an ESL teacher for kids who decided to pursue coding at the age of 30. 7 years later, I became a tech lead of company and started multiple start ups. Now I am a dad who teaches programming to ANYONE who is committed to learning.

Another 🔥 video!

It’s great to hear you talk about communication and work experience as something you look for over a new graduate in some circumstances. As well as not getting caught up with trying to learn everything. Sometimes I feel like I don’t know enough, but I relate to you in that I have grit and passion and a willingness to learn.

Great advice, thanks for the unique perspective Phil.

Great info! 🔥 Especially when one is starting out, could be a bit overwhelming.
