3 Tainos to know about instead of Columbus.

We know Columbus didn’t discover anything… 💯

… he and his crew encountered the Taino people, but we often don’t hear much about them. Seriously, we always say he encountered people, but how many of us can name them, outside of their tribe’s name? 🧐

With that said, here are three Taino people who resisted Columbus and his crew that you and your children should know about. 👇🏾

1. Anacaona.
2. Caonabo.
3. Hatuey…. (Wait until you hear his story of resistance! ✊🏾)

Watch the video to learn more about who they were and how they responded to that genocidal maniac named Columbus. Did you know about them? 🤔

Damn! "If all of y'all are going to heaven I'd rather go to hell!" That's some gangsta shit! I bet you the damn conquistadors were like: "you see??? They're heathens!"

Slight correction, Anacaona was not the only female cacique, there were many on all the islands, although she was the most remembered for being a warrior. There is a famous song about her. You can search Youtube to hear it "anacaona cheo feliciano"

The name of the island is HAITI or AYITI, and not hispaniola or anything else. When that neanderthal columbus crashed in the Bahamas he showed the Natives gold and they pointed to AYITI, which translated means land of mountains.

The Africans that rose up and killed/defeated the neanderthal enslavors renamed the island HAITI/AYITI in honor of the very few surviving Natives who taught them which plants to use to poison the neanderthals.

THE NAME OF THE ENTIRE ISLAND IS HAITI/AYITI.

Furthermore, that gold that was taken from the Natives on Haii/Ayiti has been metallurgical tested and found to have originated in Africa, proving that Africans reached the Caribbean BEFORE columbus.

Hatuey. I like his response on choosing life rather than the life under his oppressor's belief/religion.

I knew a Light Skin Trini from college she told me all her family have Kalina aka Mainland Carib roots from Trinidad. Then my Bro from college told me he's Jamaican & descendant from the Taino village that Kingston was before the Port Royal Earthquake. Now I've seen 2 Black men on the Internet years ago say this. 1 was Bahamian & said his grandmother was Lucayan Indian. Then this man from Barbados said he come from Kalinago aka Island Carib roots from Barbados. I've also seen Marabous (Taino & Black) in Haiti & Zambos (Taino & Black) in Dominican Republic 💯💪🏿, I could go on & on like Erykah Badu 😂🤣, I've filled in the Blanks 😂🤣💪🏿💯
