You can always use light mode to stop using the powerful cores. There will be a dip in performance but the battery life will improve. Yes ideally this is not how you want to use your phone but if you have S24 and facing battery issues. Try this and let me know.

Fitting an Exynos chip into a compact phone is always a challenge. On the other hand, exynos 2400 in the s24 plus is performing quite well. No issues with the battery and thermals so far

I purchased s23 for 28k with exchange and discounts and selling iphone 13mini,
s24 was very tempting, but I could recall my past experience of using s10 and returning it in a week because of extreme heating. So here I am loving the S23.
Thanks for reconfirming my beliefs about S24 in this video.

I recently bought iPhone 15 plus.I used to use a Realme GTME phone with a 120Hz refresh rate. In the iPhone 15 Plus, I feel the operating system is a bit slow, and the display looks dull. I bought the iPhone because I’m using a MacBook Air, so I thought it would give me more flexibility. However, I don’t feel that there’s a huge advantage because transferring files from my old Android phone is also not that difficult since I use a URL that can show all the files on my phone.

Small things like auto-detection of OTPs and turning off WiFi were easy on Android. Even opening the control center makes me disconnected from the BGMI game, and notifications are also a mess without the option to set them as silent.

I think if I got the OnePlus 12, I would use it more like a tool and would actually feel like an upgrade. It is my first time getting an expensive phone. My main priorities are the camera and BGMI back but now i feel like im missing the buttery smooth display of OP12

What do you think personally? Should I keep using it or sell and get the OP12?

I bought OnePlus 12 only because S24 & S24+ had an exynos chipset.
Samsung might have tuned the exynos better out of the factory but it would eventually go down the gutter same as previous exynos.
7 years of OS upgrade is of no use when your phone itself won't last that long. 😂

I'm using s24 since last 2 weeks, overall its good phone, battery lasts almost a day on medium to light use, not great but considering compact size its good.

Actually i am using in Australia from the last 2 weeks and battery life is amazing for me on base s24 exynos, i use light mode and i comfortably get 7 hours on 5g with light to medium-use and around 8 to 10 hours in wifi. Trust me guys if you concerns about the battery life than go buy it, it’s amazing phone

The performance is now great! Now, they only need to find ways to control its heating problems

The only honest review video about the phone I found so far !! Thanks for putting up this video.
Would love to see 6 months review or at least 3 months review of this phone.

I was a s22 plus user this year since s24 and s24 plus has exynos. I have to go for s24 ultra (they have increased the screen size of s24 plus this year vs last year) and I have used s24 ultra and it is good and the massive size is a nightmare I have small hands and it was hell for me while using s24 ultra. Finally I swapped 24 ultra with s24 and Im happy with the size and performance I don't play any games. Small phones are way to go for me.

Have been using my S24+ Exynos for 7+ days now, and the battery drain is awful. Set at FHD+ display, standard performance, adaptive motion 120Hz refresh rate, 5G on, Bluetooth on, only gives me around 6+ hours of SOT max with only light usage without any gaming. Fully charged battery only lasts around 20-21 hours before fully discharged. My old A52 battery performance was a lot better.

🤔.. S24 better choice because of 7 OS.

Also, yes it's right that compared to the Snapdragon flagship series, Exynos is not that performance friendly. However, it's alright even with Exynos considering daily usage.

Gamers can go for tablets or PS or OnePlus 12.

i don't how you get only 5 hours, Did you do the updates? i get 1 day of battery life on the s24 exynos 2400, and I use it a lot. Not heating issues at all.

If Samsung even could put 8gen 2 that will be acceptable than exynos

As OnePlus stated, 7 years of OS only makes sense if the hardware can keep up. Apple's A series chips have proved to be capable even after 6 years. SD8Gen3 might last, but I'm not sure Exynos will be able to keep up over the years.
