Hey everyone! In this video, I’m excited to share my fantastic dining experience at HUMO in London. Located in Mayfair, HUMO is all about wood-fired cooking, using a variety of woods to bring out incredible flavors. This place perfectly combines the passion of South American cuisine with the precision and quality of Japanese cooking.
