I sold my first pair of points shoes in like Robblee 20 minutes that's including measuring may be 30 counting measuring placing sewing because I did do a few other things later after I got different elastic and ribbons I did a whole pair of shoes I crunched the box slightly a Darned the tip a did not use a greater but I did put some thing on the tip to make it less slippery I also did something to the bottom of my shoe it was like less than an hour for everything I did add some nail polish and a little wax to the tip and bottom you might have to relax it but you'll also probably keep your shoes lasting longer than the greater thing and this was the first time I ever even touched a pair of Point shoes or seen them in person I just saw them on TV and when I was looking at which ones to buy they fit perfectly I can't go up one point without holding one quite yet I am still relatively new it's only been a few days but my shoes are fantastic

i think going with the thread through the needle til the end of it, making it a double thread and tying a knot is way easier and the thread wont slip off
