Shortwave Radiogram on 13690 kHz WINB

(Very!) brief reception of the Shortwave Radiogram program that's transmitted via WINB in Red Lion, PA, on 13690 kHz, in DRM to Europe. The signal wasn't bad, coming off the back side of the beam, but a Cuban broadcast on 13700 kHz seemed to be interfering with the data stream.
