In this video of Jake and Joel are Magic, Joel breaks down where we are for Modern Horizons 2 (MTGMH2) Fetchlands, as of June 13, 2021. When should you buy these cards? Nothing here is financial advice, but we have some good guesses on where the cards are going. And spoilers, we are bearish and as the set gets opened more and more, we expect them to go lower, so hold the line and let's wait for the cheapest price. This video focuses on the lowest price for he enemy fetch lands, and where we think you should set your price targets for some of Magic: the Gathering's most beloved real estate. As always, thank you for spending your time with us.

This weekend I got a pre release pack. Wasn’t satisfied. So I went back to LGS with trade-ins and left with a foil Arid Mesa!

Enjoyed the vids, thanks Jake and Joel!

Prices will absolutely continue to fall until 6 months into the life cycle when the heat begins to wear off. Once that happens, that's the time you pick up the certain hotness you need. Lol. Great job as always gents 🥂

Side note: These lower ish prices go fast. TCG already has minimum 41.59 on Misty, so the 30ish are being bought up super fast. Tarn is already up to $45 (english). I think that's gonna be true overall, the low price ones are gonna get bought up and prices will bounce back fairly fast. Still a great deal if you want to invest but not quite as good as in the videos. This is about a day after posting.

As a returning player I think my Timmy phase is over after Kaldheim and Strix, I just opt out for the pre release kit and just aiming for singles.

When I started playing this game again, zendikar scalding tarn was about $110. How times have changed

2 years ago at this time I NEVER ! Would have guessed any fetch land reprints .. the original ones were all expensive too . Now u can get a fetland for under $40 .. awesome .

Logged onto TCGplayer and card kingdom 16 hours after you posted and prices are already back up to 44-48$ for a scalding tarn. I think your video made people raise prices, or buy out the lower costing cards, EDH will always be too expensive :P The burden we have

The pull rate of fetches in these boxes is pretty high. I definitely think they will continue to drop. I already have a playset of two of them, but I want to make sure I get 4 of each. So if I don't pull more, I will be picking some up in about a week or so.

One of the best way to get these cards for your target price is to make offers on ebay listings. Even better than that is to bring some cash to your local gamestore and offer a $20 bill to anyone who opens a fetchland. You could also buy a box, not open the packs, and trade 2 packs to anyone who opens a fetchland. They open another fetchland out of the pack you just traded them and BAM that's another 2 packs. With enough luck, someone could go infinite....

So far the Expeditions seem to be holding strong, at least!

And here comes the race to the bottom looks like boxes are coming down as well. So feels like iconic master even looks like all the recent cards are starting to adjust from other sets. Get ready for the ride boys and girls.

1st I think Misty and Scalding will bottom out at $20ish, Verdant at $16, and the others at $12 on release weekend and then begin slowly climbing back up
